North Carolina should consider the facts of history when it comes to climate change. Climate change and heat leads to poverty (just look at Mexico or North Africa), and people move away. Perhaps that's Canada's plan all together... just wait it out, flood the earth with co2 and then reap the benefits as everything south of them becomes, like Mesopotamia, just a barren waste land?
